Guess who's coming to our next quilting meeting? Our buddy Linda is back in town and so that we all can reconnect with her our Tuesday, Oct. 27th meeting will be held at Carole's home at 6:15 p.m. Carole will be offering us dessert and coffee during this meeting. So, bring along your projects so that you can share them with Linda and the group. We are so excited to see you again, Linda!
On another note, Giselle is asking that we all check your calenders to pick a date and location for our upcoming Christmas party (where DID the year go?).
In addition, Giselle shares that we have a Thanksgiving quilting gift basket project in the works and is requesting donations to be brought in at Tuesday's meeting so we can start filling up a basket Lorraine has generously offered. This is for a fellow quilter and friend of Vicki Westleigh who recently lost everything she owned during a fire. She is a hand quilter who enjoys working with country fabrics and donates a lot of her projects to her local church. So ladies, check and see what you can bring in to help brighten up the season for this deserving quilter.
